October 10 –World Mental Health Day


Mental health which plays an important role and it includes emotional, psychological and social well being. It shows how we think, feel and respond. It also helps how we handle stress, respond to others and make choices. Mental health is important in every stage of life such as childhood, Adolesance and adulthood

Everybody in this world will face mental heath issues such has handling stress, thinking, mood and behavior that could be affected. Nowadays mental health is common but using recovering process moreover  cure is available for mental illness



Early signs detection

 Abnormal eating or sleeping
Doing unusual activates
Having low or no energy
